1.PWM DC motor is adopted on the main-axis for moving.

2.The main axis is used the tracks of alloy steel which is formed a complete
   set the tracks of the linear roller bearing.   That should be low friction
   coefficient and high precision.

3.The allowance in the slide ways is controlled to be with in ±0.01mm before
   leaving factory.

1.V shape and flat shape are used on the tracks of X & Y axis which are with
   TURCITE-B of low friction coefficient to ensure precise & smooth operation
   even under the high pressure conditions.

2.The ball screws are for Z-axis of CNC series and medium, heavy machines,
   big as 550V.
   X,Y,Z, axis using precision linear guides for Ram type machine.

1.The fluid height level protection will stop machining
   automatically when the fluid level is lower than the preset
   height level.

2.If improper use to cause for fire, the machine will stop
   machining automatically.

3.When the work head reaches the preset depth, the work head
   will retract to its original position and stop machining
   automatically.

4.When SHORT-CIRCUIT occurs, the machine power will be
   shut off automatically.
